Marina Planning, Simplified

This is the first of two cartoons on the subject. This first cartoon mocks the overly complicated marina scheme.

The Chalong Bay Marina plan (for ultra-rich tourists' super yachts) is being simplified. The plan has drawn criticism because it may adversely affect fish populations (and fishing) in the bay.

However, Chalong Bay is already a fish cemetery / ecological disaster in which nobody fishes, which makes folks wonder if perhaps the protestors are rival real estate developers with their own marina plans tied to property schemes elsewhere in Phuket.
