It's a dodecahedron, which is a platonic solid made of 12 pentagons. Each pentagon contains a clown.
This is a tessellation, too: the clowns fit together without gaps or overlaps.
Warning: young kids have been known to laugh at the "nut punch" pose of the clowns' fists.
but, looking at it deepper, it look like a group of clowns fighting...
