Sea Plane near the Beach

There have been complaints about a sea plane service that operates near a main tourist beach. The complaints are about sound level, environmentally unfriendly fuel leaks, and possible danger to jetskis, boats, swimmers, divers, and parasailers.

What makes me laugh is that the sea planes are only ONE cause of all those factors:
1) The parasailers and jetskis and boats are notorious for collisions, fuel spills, and other negligent accidents;
2) The beachside is already infested with offensively loud speaker trucks advertising thai kickboxing and local radio stations.

The beach needs ZONING and enforcement, as does the rest of the country.
